    Phonics Screening Check - week beginning 9th June

    Please hear your child read regularly and sign the yellow reading record log book. 

    In literacy we have been learning about instructions. We have read and followed instructions to plant our own sunflower seed. in science we will be keping a sunflower diary and recording how it grows.

    Science - We have been learning about plants. We really enjoyed going on a wild plant hunt, using a tally chart to record how many plants we can spot.

    Marvellous Maths - we are learning about numbers to 100. We have been comparing these numbers using greater than, less than and equal vocabulary.

    Corfe Castle -We had a fantastic day at Corfe Castle learning all about the history and Lady Mary Bankes.
