On the 27^th January 2021, our school commemorated ‘Holocaust Memorial Day’. The day is used to remember the six million Jews and other ethnic groups who were murdered by the Nazis as well as those who died in subsequent genocides.

The theme for this year was ‘Be the light in the darkness’.

 

Using this theme, the staff, parents and children at our school lit a candle to remember all those who were murdered and to stand against prejudice and hatred in the world today.
