Our pupils and wider Wareham St Mary school community are passionate about creating a more sustainable future for our planet and we are delighted to have recently been awarded our first Eco Schools Green Flag. The Eco Schools programme is designed to raise environmental awareness amongst young people and embed key environmental issues into the heart of school life including a focus on biodiversity, litter, waste, transport, healthy living, energy, water, school grounds and global citizenship.

Our school runs a brilliant Eco Club full of dedicated individuals enthusiastic about making a difference. Meeting every week, the pupils combine learning with positive actions to improve the environmental sustainability of the school.
