Woodland story den - choose a book to read to a woodland creature.
PE - will be on a Tuesday and Thursday
School trips;
Library workshop linked to our science topic - animal classification.
Please have a read through of the geography language we will be learning and using this half term.
We are learning about maps.
Science - We are learning to classify animals and identify different features.
Literacy - We are learning to write a character description about a robot using interesting adjectives, verbs and correct punctuation.
Bike Agility - some children had the opportunity to learn to ride a bike without stabilizers today which was very exciting. They were very proud of themselves and so was I!
We are really enjoying reading poetry and finding interesting adjectives and verbs.
Sport at The Purbeck School - a group of children from year 1 and year 2 had a super afternoon doing various different activities in the beautiful sunshine.
Marvellous Maths!
Naughty Bus - we have been planning practically and through a story map our own Naughty Bus story.
